This is one show that all the brides (as well as exhibiting companies) know they can count on as a first class affair that will offer them anything and everything they need to plan the wedding of their dreams.

Benefits To Your Business

Exhibitors will be able to sell directly to the public at the show. You are welcome to bring products for immediate sales, sign contracts, accept deposits, etc. just a you would in your own shop.

The show is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow bridal businesses.
The show is set in an established professional atmosphere.
A complete list of all brides who registered for the door prizes will be available to exhibitors. Within two weeks of the show a walk in list will be sent. The list is correlated by wedding date, and includes names, addresses and phone numbers.
The show is an opportunity to feature your business in one central lacation on an equal basis with your competitors.
Each exhibitor that has paid in full by the closing date will be listed on the website.

Pre-Show Promotion

The Basildon Wedding Show Inc. will conduct a five part pre-Show promotion.
A Direct Mail Promotion will begin 30 days prior to each Show. Advertising usually includes Newspapers, point of purchase displays, Website, and several special campaigns Inc Google

Limited Merchant Participation

The Basildon Wedding Show has a very strict percentage on categories of merchants. That means we work to the rule of: a 60 booth show will not have more than 5 merchants in any specific category.

Post-Show Mailing List

After the show, each merchant will receive a complete listing of the brides who attended the show, including her name, address, telephone number and date of wedding. The Post-Show Mailing List is FREE to every merchant who participates in the show.

It's a wonderful way to target your follow-up after the show. The Mailing List includes the bride's name, address, telephone number and date of wedding. The Hot Lead Mailing List is FREE to every merchant who participates in the show.
